- Use 250 gms walnut
- Prepare 1 packet milk powder
- You need 3/4 cup sakkar/sugar
- Provide 1/2 cup mawa
- Use 1 tsp elachi(cardamom) powder

Instructions to make Walnut Halwa:
- First make powder of walnut & keep 4-5 for chopped walnut. Heat ghee in a pan add deshi ghee put walnut powder, stir it, add milk powder, mawa. Stir continuously
- Add sakkar and chopped walnuts. Mix well. Add milk,elachi powder. Cover the pan. Until dry milk.
- Open the cover stir continuously till ghee separate from the halwa. Turn off gas. Serve hot.
