- Prepare biscuits
- You need 2 1/4 cup flour
- Get 2 1/4 tsp baking powder
- Take 1 1/2 tsp melted crisco shortening
- Provide 1 cup sour cream or 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- You need 1 cup club soda, you may also use ginger ale
- Use 1/3 cup melted butter
- Provide 1/2 tsp each of freshly grated ginger and garlic

- In a 7" by 11" baking dish, add the 1/3 cup of melted butter. Swirl around to coat entire pan.
