- Get 6 sliced canned Pineapple pieces
- Prepare 2 tsp unflavored gelatin
- You need 200 gram condensed milk
- Get 3 tsp lemon juice
- Take 250 grm cream
- Prepare as needed Few drops pineapple essence
- Prepare as needed Few drops edible yellow colour
- Take 1 tbsp powder sugar

- Mix the gelatin with half cup water in a small pan
- Heat on low heat and stir it continuously until completely dissolve
- Pour the condensed milk in a bowl and beat till and creamy
- Take another bowl and add lemon juice and half cup of pineapple syrup from tin and mix
- Chop five slices of pineapple. Add the pineapple syrup and pineapple to the condensed milk

- Freeze the mixture till thickened for near about 30minutes

- Add 200gms of cream and revserve remaining for pipping decoration on final product
- Add pineapple essence and yellow colour and beat well
- Put it back in freezer for more 20minutes
- Take it out and lightly beat it again till smooth
- Put it into small glasses and put some pipping cream and glace cherries on top and serve
