- You need 225 g unsalted butter
- Use 200 g dark chocolate
- Get 55 g cocoa powder
- Prepare 100 g milk chocolate, chopped into pieces
- Provide 450 g caster sugar
- Take 110 g plain flour
- Get 4 large eggs
- Prepare 200 g glacé cherries, halved
- Get 100 ml Amaretto

- Turn the oven on to fan 160C/conventional 180C/gas 4 and grease and/or line a 30cm by 20cm tin
