- Provide 1 big bowl watermelon pieces
- Take 3 tsp corn flour
- Use 2 tsp sugar
- Use 1/2 tsp cardamom wder
- Provide 6 tsp ghee
- Get 2 tsp dry fruits
- Take 2 tsp melon chopped finely
Steps to make Watermelon Halwa:
- Grind melon pieces.
- Add corn flour,sugar and grind again.
- Seive the juice and heat a spoon of ghee in a pan add juice to itand stir continuously.
