The ingredients needed to make Watermelon Sorbet:
  1. You need 2 cups watermelon cubes, seedless
  2. Get 1/2 cup sugar
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup water
  4. Prepare 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions to make Watermelon Sorbet:
  1. Take a saucepan, add sugar and water to a boil.
  2. Cook and stir until sugar is dissolved.

  4. Now in a blender, churn watermelon to make puree.
