- Get 1 bunch watercress leaves
- Take 1 fresh tomato
- You need 1 medium cucumber
- Prepare 1 small blanch onion
- Provide 1 handful pomegranate
- You need Dressing
- Get Black pepper
- Take Vinegar
- Prepare Sesame oil
- Use Seasoning
Instructions to make Watercress salad:
- Wash well
- Then slice and set aside
- Slice tomato/cucumber and onion(i blanched my onion) and set aside
- Mix dresser, with black pepper/ chili flakes/ vinegar/ sesame oil and lil seasoning
- Mix well and set aside
- Now in a clean bowl, add well sliced watercress/ sliced tomato/ sliced cucumber and sliced blanched onion.
- Garnish with pomegranate and lemon slice

In a bowl, mix the leaves and onion. Drizzle dressing over and toss to combine. Drain in a sieve and cool under running cold water.
