  1. Get 4-5 Colocassia leaves 4-5
  2. Use 1/2 cup Water chestnuts flour
  3. Take 1/2 cup sama rice flour

  3. Mix properly. Add water if required and make it idli batter consistency.
  4. Turn the leaves back side and apply batter.
  5. Put another leaf on it and repeat it up-to four leaves layer.
  6. Make a tight close roll out-of it.
  7. Steam it for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Once cool, cut it in round slices.
  9. In a pan add oil, cumin, seasame seeds, chopped chilli and curry leaves.
