- You need 1 cup Waterchestnut (shingada)powder
- You need 1 cup Jaggery

- In a pan add desi ghee roast water chestnut powder on low flame.
- When it becomes light brown add 1cup water and 1 cup milk.
- Steam for 4 -5 mins. Add Jaggery (use powdered Jaggery or cut it into small pieces.)
- Now add cardamom powder, saffron,and dry fruits. Serve hot. Very healthy dish.
