- Take 1 Iceberg Lettuce
- Take 300 g Shelled fresh shrimps (diced)
- Use 10 g Garlic (minced)
- Prepare 10 g Shredded ginger
- Prepare 80 g Onion (diced)
- Provide 3 tbsp Chinese celery (diced)
- Prepare 80 g Chinese water chestnut (diced)
- Use 1 tbsp Mushroom (diced)
- Take 1 tbsp Carrot (diced)
- Prepare 50 g Cashew (crushed)
- Take 1 tsp Salt
- Use 1 tsp White pepper powder
- Get 1 tbsp Corn starch
- Use 2 tsp Sesame oil
- Use 1 tsp Rice wine

- Lettuce put in a wash bowl, under the running water, cut the top of lettuce, separate the leaves carefully. then cut into a bowl shape.

- Add garlic, ginger and onion. stir-fry for 1 min. then add carrot, mushroom, water chestnuts, stir-fry for another 1 min. - add 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp white pepper. then add shrimps, before finish add 1/2 tsp sesame oil and chinese celery, stir-fry for 10sec. then transfer to a serving dish.
- Put some in a lettuce bowl, then sprinkle cashew on the top. - ~bon appetit!
