- You need 175 g muscovado sugar
- Use 85 g golden syrup
- Take 100 g slightly salted butter
- Take 1 tbsp ground ginger
- Prepare 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- Use 350 g plain flour
- Provide 1 tsp bicarb
- Use 1 egg
