The ingredients needed to prepare Banana, Walnut and Blueberry loaf:
- Prepare 100 g softened butter plus a little extra for greasing
- Prepare 140 g caster sugar
- Take 1 beaten egg
- You need 225 g plain flour
- You need 2 tsp baking powder
- Get 3 very ripe bananas
- You need 80 g chopped walnuts
- Use 80 g fresh blueberries
